Modifications to Waterpump
and cautions and checks


The bypass hose can deteriorate from inside and block
distribution tube in cylinder head

This hose did not leak but had deteriorated and parts were
lodged in brass distribution tube causing Engine to overheat

Made an insert from brass pipe nipple


I have never had a Water Pump Pulley come off shaft (and into Radiator)
but have heard such stories so I pinned the shaft as shown.
